How to adjust zero for injection axis

To adjust the mechanical zero position

Before you start “zero setting”,you should install the belt and adjust the tension of the belt(can not be two loose or too tighten,if you has the other machine with some type you had better to have the feeling of the tension),then following the steps of we list!

1.First,turn to the “zero setting”page as following picture!

2.swith on the”zero status”button to activate the zero setting mode.

3.press”Injection forward” button to move the screw to mechanical zero position,then click “zero end”button which refor to the Injection axis.

4.restart the machine,then try to move the injection by adjust mode to check if it is OK!
