Servo alarm NO.8
Attention:
As the voltage of DC bus is more than 500 volts, and the inverter capacitor discharge also take some time. So please be very careful while doing inverter-related operation.
Alarm principle:
When the temperature inspection circuit inspect the inverter temperature is higher than 70 ℃, the alarm E.OH (NO.8) occurring.
Analysis:
- Inverter temperature inspection circuit failure.
- External environment impact.
Treatment:
- Observe the value of RU38 (Power module temperature) through the controller or operator or computer. The following picture shows how to read the value of RU38 through the controller. Login level 5, go to the “setting 2” page under “Parameter” tab, to read the temperature of corresponding inverter.
Or we can go the “KEB parameter” page, input the parameter Nr: 0226, open the update status, and turn on motor, we can read the Ru38 value on the Parameter value text box. As show in the following picture.
